ORIGIN: CMS will survey the area of disconnection and inventory. We will inventory all items disconnected or packed. We will discuss with the customer, prior to service, the specific wires and items to be disconnected. We will note any probable needs on the service order to facilitate a prompt and efficient reassembly. We will label and pack all small items and loose parts in a prominently marked “parts box”.
DESTINATION: CMS will discuss in detail with the customer about the exact requirements for install. We will be specific about the materials and time authorized for assembly. We will test and confirm customer’s satisfaction upon final assembly.
